Invest in Fountains Retirement Village
We live in a world where uncertainty is paramount and where so many of our strongest global economies are deep in recession. Whether the powers that be in South Africa admit it or not, we are fast going the same way, if not already there and one of the greatest concerns of the over 50’s is; ‘How can I make sure my capital and current income last for the rest of my life?’
Based on recent advertisements in the Express, we challenged Mike Williams’ to show how they can help. He rose to the occasion and was able to show how by investing in a home in Fountains Retirement Village now and taking advantage of downscaling in size and upgrading the security and comfort in your new home, the average resident could easily save and earn an additional R5,000 to R10,000 per month, an extremely welcome windfall in this economy.
Major contributing factors to these massive savings are the self catering guest suites and fixed levies for life, which include a 24 hour porter service, garden maintenance, telephone subscriptions, TV and DSTV, 1Gb high speed internet connectivity, patrolled perimeter and internal security, rates and home insurance.
A visit to the show house, confirmed that the homes are particularly well designed and focused on affordability and comfortable living for the active and not so active over 50’s. North facing they ensure plenty of natural light and warmth and overlook beautifully landscaped gardens for your enjoyment. Exceptional features not often found in similar developments include a gas braai, under floor heating, solar geyser, gas and electric hob and oven, extractor fans in the kitchen and bathrooms and a separate scullery/laundry in your new home.
Making new friends and entertaining your guests will be a pleasure at the Recreation Centre, which boasts a gym and heated pool, an elegant cocktail bar, big screen movies and a professionally run restaurant providing affordable, nutritious and delicious meals, three times a day. A library, nursing sister’s clinic, dedicated his/hers hobby workshops, hairdresser, physiotherapist and biokineticist on site, will also increase enjoyment of your golden years.
We all seem to take our health for granted for most of our lives until we start feeling the effects of later years. A full frail care centre with 40 beds, providing step down care as well by a professional team of caregivers should give you total peace of mind. For less serious problems, visit the sister or call to be looked after in your own home. For medical crises, we are situated right next door to the new Policlinic, due to open in March 2009. A hospital is also planned for the same site and will be built as soon as the licence is received.
Holiday makers already love Jeffreys Bay, the mild climate and the Fountains Mall and all the future growth this promises to bring. Now would be the ideal time to invest in a lock up and go home in the Fountains Retirement Village where you could spend your holidays until you are ready to retire permanently. This investment will yield far greater returns than any other comparative retirement plan and guarantee that you will never have to put your name down on a waiting list which may take up to 15 years to reach the top, at many times the capital cost.
