Architecturally designed. All our contemporary homes are beautifully designed to optimise comfort and functionalty. A wide range of different sizes caters for all budgets and accommodation needs. Choose from bachelor or double bachelor apartments or a one, two or three bedroom freestanding home. Homes are all North facing and optimised for light, sun, warmth and the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Larger homes feature covered patios with built-in gas braais.
Convenience living. Your open plan living rooms feature a dining room, lounge and sophisticated and professionally designed kitchen with a gas/electric hob, electric oven, overhead extraction fan and space and connection points for a dish washing machine. Your clothes washing machine and tumble drier are accommodated in a separate laundry/scullery.
Quality assured. Homes are built with top quality materials and finishes maximising sound insulation designed to keep your home warm in winter and cool in summer. Your home already complies with proposed legislation to reduce energy consumption and minimise the carbon footprint. Inside walls are all plastered and painted a colour of your choice. Outside walls are finished in a totally waterproof epoxy plaster with six beautiful colours to choose from to personalise your home and provide everything for your personal peace of mind.
Comfort. Homes are single story, wheelchair friendly and optimised for ease of use, with more than enough space to accommodate your favourite pet. (Pets need to be suited to community living and fenced into your property).
All homes have under-floor heating, solar powered geysers and a 'Toilet Friend' in each bathroom to optimise odour and bacteria extraction.
Parking. All garages are fitted with lighting, a wall plug and automated garage doors. As an alternative, you may prefer reserved shade parking. There is also plenty of on-site visitor parking for your family and friends.
Guests welcome. Your friends and family are all welcome to visit and stay in your home, or in our guest suites at nominal rentals. Each guest suite sleeps four people, and offers an en-suite bathroom, as well as TV, telephone, internet connectivity and self-catering kitchenettes.
Telephones and internet. Your levies include a Telkom line with discounted call rates, as well as 24/7 broadband high speed internet connectivity with 1Gb of data per month. This enables you to talk to or see family across the globe from the comfort of your own home.
Emails and website. Another bonus is that residents can choose two personalised email addresses per home and their very own personalised website.
Television. Turn on your TV and enjoy your popular favourites like SABC TV, eTV, and 25 selected DSTV channels which are all included in your monthly levies. Alternatively you may prefer to access and download pay-to-view blockbuster movies. You will also be able tune into the security channel and view up to 9 CCTV cameras around the village, including your visitors awaiting access at the main gate.
